How to request deletion of your personal data

Your Data, Your Control

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We process all deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete Account In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:

Open the DashTrak app and sign in to your account
Go to Profile (tap your avatar or profile icon)
Scroll down and tap Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision by entering your password
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

In-app deletion is immediate and removes all your data from our systems.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer email communication:

Send an email to dashathleticclub@gmail.com
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
We will verify your identity and process the request

What Data Gets Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following:

Deleted Immediately:

Your account profile and settings
Email address and phone number
Profile photo and avatar
Authentication credentials
Device tokens and session data
Notification preferences

Deleted Within 30 Days:

Player statistics and match history
Team memberships and roles
Tournament participation records
Messages and chat history
Academy enrollment data
Payment and billing history

Important Notes

Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention
Data you shared with others (e.g., team stats) may remain visible but will be disassociated from your identity
If you were a tournament organizer, historical tournament data may be retained for record-keeping

Deletion Timeline

Request Received

We acknowledge your request within 24 hours

Identity Verification

We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests (1-3 days)

Data Deletion

Your data is permanently deleted from all systems (up to 30 days)

Confirmation

We send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

You will be logged out of all devices
You will no longer receive any communications from us
Your account cannot be recovered - deletion is permanent
You can create a new account anytime with the same email or phone
Your previous data will not be linked to any new account
